Requirements

Ideally, a mature, professional banker/corporate treasurer, with experience also of consulting, wishing to join an established international banking and treasury consultancy group at a national level and to exploit a significant business opportunity.

Professional Qualifications

Ideally, an experienced Corporate Treasurer, or CA, MBA, MSc

Banking and Treasury Experience Needed at: Retail Level

Familiarity with various treasury and banking systems: clearing arrangements, electronic payments etc

Wholesale Level

Familiarity with major lending facilities and rate matrices, including those for Term, Project and Trade Finance and the interface with corporate finance.

Treasury and FX

Understanding of Risk Management - Currency, Interest Rate, Liquidity. Derivatives and natural hedging. Familiarity with best pricing and best practice.

Other Skills

Should be numerate, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Marketing

Should understand marketing and client management

Personal Network

A particular advantage if the prospective franchisor enjoys a strong personal network in the national financial sector.
