The Finalysis approach to Client Marketing

Following the normal range of marketing activities, viz, articles, speaking opportunities and general networking, Finalysis writes directly to selected client prospects, following up with telephone calls inviting meetings with their Finance Directors. At the introductory meetings, Finalysis presents it services, viz, the nature, scope, typical benefits and fee options and then discusses the clients' own banking and treasury arrangements, and needs. That meeting is normally sufficient to identify scope for adding significant value and provides the basis for the review proposals which follow.

Following client acceptance of the review proposal and terms, Finalysis obtains and reviews key treasury and banking documentation, including financial accounts, cash forecast etc. The Finalysis review and preparation of the report normally takes three to four weeks. That report is then presented and discussed with the client. A return review meeting takes place shortly thereafter, at which point identified client benefits are discussed and agreed and any Finalysis support required in implementation is scheduled.

Why is Finalysis different?

The aspects which distinguish Finalysis's services include:

  • The review is undertaken offsite. It is accordingly non-disruptive, also in the implementation (while Finalysis is available to assist with implementation, clients are also free, and after prefer, to implement directly).
