Our work encompasses the main areas in which banks take money from their customers, either through explicit charges or in less transparent ways. Benefits are delivered both as cost reductions and through the introduction of value for money strategies or processes that ultimately increase working capital management efficiency.
Focus Points
- Management of bank accounts
- Investment benchmarking
- Currency Management
- Merchant Service Costs
- Payment Card Costs
- Asset & Liability Management
- Payment processes and costs
- General bank charges
- Review of policies
Finalysis has completed 100 reviews across many sectors in the UK. An initial meeting is held, at which existing banking arrangements are noted, to identify scope for added value; this is followed by the presentation of a detailed tailor-made review proposal. Following the receipt of necessary data, completion of the report takes approximately 6-8 weeks. Client time input is minimal at all stages. The cost savings typically relate to the level of turnover and are immediate, substantial and continuous.

"I found Finalysis to be highly business focused and they provided an excellent analysis of our banking services. Despite the current economic environment we were able to make savings and they provided benchmarking in several areas including bank costs, deposits and day-to-day cash management. Some of these were quick-wins whereas on other matters Finalysis continue to guide us through the negotiation process with bank service providers."
