Geoff Hope-Terry

Geoff trained as an accountant in the private sector in the 1970's and obtained his first Finance Director role with Morganite Thermal Ceramics, part of the international Morgan Crucible Group, in 1986. Since then he has held that position in a range of organizations across the public and private sector, including both manufacturing and service industries. In December 2006 Geoff decided to retire from his position as Director of Finance at the University of Manchester, where he had helped the institution through the largest merger that the higher education sector had ever seen, when the former Manchester University joined with its neighbour, UMIST, in 2004. Since retiring, Geoff has taken on a small portfolio of Non- Executive positions, including the chairmanship of Finalysis UK Ltd.
Tim Wilding
Director
Tim Wilding has over 27 years of banking experience, during which he has worked for Barclays and The Industrial Bank of Japan. Whilst at Barclays Tim was latterly responsible for the management and direction of one of the corporate treasury sales teams. He was also responsible for providing advice on interest rate hedging to the London region of the bank's branch network. Prior to joining Finalysis UK, Tim spent over 7 years at The Industrial Bank of Japan, 5 of which were as Head of Treasury Sales, marketing treasury products to a wide range of corporate and institutional clients. During his career he has gained an extensive knowledge of a wide range of treasury products covering foreign exchange, money markets and derivatives.
David Leighton
– Director
David Leighton joined Finalysis UK after many years in Corporate Banking and Trade Finance with Chase and Sumitomo Bank. David specialises in assisting companies with their borrowing and trade finance requirements to achieve the most cost efficient and effective use of their banking relationships. During his banking career, David has worked with numerous companies within the UK corporate sector and has extensive experience in most aspects of corporate banking, trade finance and capital markets.
James Flynn

James Flynn joined Finalysis UK in August 2004, having spent over 25 years working in the banking industry. The last 15 years were in the Treasury Department of Mizuho Banking Corporation, London (formerly The Industrial Bank of Japan Ltd.) where, on the Corporate Sales Desk, he developed an in depth knowledge of all treasury products, including Money Market Deposits, Certificates of Deposit and Foreign Exchange. James was also responsible for the marketing, sales and trading of Euro Commercial Paper for the Mizuho Group.
Jatinder Pannu
– Analyst
Jatinder Pannu joined Finalysis UK in September 2006, having graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in BA Accounting with Finance. She attended school in Hong Kong, which has provided her with an international background and the ability to communicate in five languages, including Cantonese. Prior to joining Finalysis, Jatinder worked for several service related companies that have helped to develop her interpersonal and client management skills.
